Refund Policy

Context

This Returns and Refunds Policy has been drafted in accordance with current legislation and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Resolution Period

Under the law, the customer has the right to terminate the contract, without having to state a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by him (with the exception of the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

 

Exercising the right of withdrawal only involves the direct cost of returning the product(s), except in cases where the item is damaged or does not correspond to what was presented at the time of purchase.

 

After the 14-day period has elapsed, refunds or exchanges will not be possible.

How to exercise the right of free resolution

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision through an unequivocal statement, sent by email to:

The application must include the following information:

 

  • Customer name

  • Telephone contact

  • Order number

  • Order date

  • Date of receipt

  • Identification of the product(s) to be returned.

 

After receiving your request, Laulina will respond as soon as possible, indicating the next steps. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back for return.

Conditions for return

For a return to be accepted, the items must:

 

  • To be in the same condition as when they were delivered.

  • Show no signs of use, washing, or damage.

  • To be returned in the original packaging.

 

Laulina reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Required documentation

To complete the return process, the following must be included:

 

  • Purchase invoice

  • Proof of payment

  • Return form or notification

Reimbursement

After notification of the decision to freely cancel, the refund of the product(s) value will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.

 

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that this does not incur additional costs for the customer.

 

Laulina is not responsible for any additional costs associated with returns, such as express shipping or special collection fees.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of the project, Laulina may not accept exchanges of the same item. We frequently work with very limited stock and, in some cases, with repurposed fabrics or limited editions, which makes replacement with an identical product impossible.

Shipping costs

The initial shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective.
